Terms of payment:
Your credit card details are never shared with other circuits.
Credit and prepaid cards
Semore through the PayPal circuit, you have the possibility to pay with your credit cards, as a payment method within the circuit.
Bank transfer
By choosing payment by bank transfer, I should send a bank transfer to the coordinates that you find indicated on our online store. The purchased items will be set aside pending the arrival of the transfer to our account. Within 48 hours you will have to send an email with a copy of the payment, which will confirm your purchases. If within this period we do not receive a copy of the payment, we will cancel the order. We will ship the order when the transfer has reached our bank account.
Cash on delivery
If you choose to pay cash on delivery, you will have to pay the courier in cash directly upon delivery.
The courier will only accept cash payments and will only accept the correct amount. (The courier cannot give change).
This payment method involves a surcharge of € 5.00 and is valid only for Italy.
Warranty:
All proposed products are covered by an official two-year manufacturer's warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02.
Damages caused by misuse are not guaranteed and we will not be held liable for direct or indirect damages deriving from improper use.
To take advantage of the guarantee on a purchased product, just contact us to arrange for the item to be sent to our office. Shipping is by the customer.

Shipping:
Shipments to Italy are made through SDA Poste Italiane and are free throughout Italy.
Delivery takes place in 24/48 working hours with the exception of the islands for which it takes place in 48/96 hours.
All products are shipped from our store in Mottola (TA), ITALY.
Shipments are traceable, after the goods have been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number and you can view the status of the shipment on the courier's website.
Shipments abroad:
Delivery is made from Monday to Friday, in 3-5 working days in addition to the pick-up day and except for customs formalities
Exchanges and Returns:
The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
The replacement or return can only be made if the item received has not been used and is in perfect condition (including the original packaging).
The return shipping costs are charged to the customer.
The return request must be made to the email info@amatulliottica.it indicating the order number and the reason for the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
